MOULD HOSPITAL

In our mould hospital we renovate and re-construct the existing moulds belonging to our customers.

We regenerate moulding surfaces, closings and drives. We eliminate flashes and other product defects. We change diameters, shapes or wall thickness in the products. Also, we change the plastic of the injection moulded part, e.g. from PVC to PP.

After the “treatment” in our mould hospital, the old moulds function as brand new tools. Furthermore, the customer gets new products at relatively low investments.
